        Schools typically sell the first Starter Kit batch within three weeks, generating enough revenue to pay for the kit. Selling an 8 oz cup at $1.75 per serving generates $491.75 per case (281 servings per case).     What’s included in the Starter Kit, and is it a good option for trying Frosty Fruit?

        The Starter Kit includes a Frosty Fruit Slushy Machine, 100% fruit juice concentrate, a marketing kit (advertising posters), cups and spoon straws, and mixing containers. It’s a great way to test the product. Plus, selling your first batch of slushies at the recommended price will cover the cost of the kit.

    Where do most schools sell Frosty Fruit slushies?

        Most schools sell slushies either in their cafeteria, in the school store, in the concession stand, or during special events.

    How do you make a Frosty Fruit slushy?

        Frosty Fruit comes packaged in concentrate form in 1/2 gallon bottles. Fill the mixing container that we provide with two gallons of water and then add one bottle of your Frosty Fruit mix to that. Finally, pour the mix into the slushy machine, turn on the power and mixing auger, and set the machine to freeze. It will be ready to enjoy in approximately 1-2 hours.

    We keep running out of slushy mix before each student can purchase one. How can we prevent this?

        Make a batch of frozen slushy mix first thing in the morning in the machine. Drain that batch of frozen product into the mixing containers and set aside in a walk-in cooler/freezer. You can do this several times before your meal period begins if you start early. The product will stay frozen in the walk-in cooler long enough to replenish during the upcoming meal period. Right before lunch, begin serving drinks into the cups from the frozen products in the mixing containers.
